Dataset description

The APA’s “fiscalisation” activity can be seen from two perspectives: a “formal”, in which the APA has legal oversight powers on water through the Hydrographic Region Administrations (ARH), and an “informal” perspective, being the APA entity that technically supports inspection authorities (IGAMAOT, SEPNAGNR, CCDR, ICNF and Maritime Authority). The exercise of the supervisory activity promoted by the APA in 2018 followed once again the planning strategy defined for the National Environmental Inspection and Inspection Plan (PNFIA), under the coordination of IGAMAOT.
