Legal Regime for Environmental Damage Responsibility — Environmental Occurrence Report — Year 2020

In 2021, after three years of experience with the platform, and on the path of year-on-year publication in 2020, this report is available, with the treatment of and analysis of the information reported in the previous year. This report aims at, at the same time, respond in an anticipatory manner to the provisions of Article 3. Regulation (EU) 2019/1010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June, on the harmonisation of reporting obligations under the environmental legislation, which explains the information to be collected by the Member States and the frequency of their submission to the European Commission, in particular under the scheme under consideration. This is the second report in this series, for the year 2020.
