Code of the metadata quality assessment tool developed in the context of the UCD-Lab project with the aim of studying the quality of metadata collected by the European Data Portal. Data providers can use the tool to validate their metadata to valid and DCAT-compatible formats for data portals in Europe (DCAT-AP).
