The organisation of the Implementation Programme stems from the Strategic Model of the POC-ACE, in particular the objectives and strategic lines that set it up, as well as the guiding principles defined by the Integrated Coastal Zone Management Strategy (ENGIZC), by Decree-Law No 159/2012 of 24 July 2012 (Legal Regime for Plans of Planning of the Coastal Rim), by Law No. 31/2014, of May 30 (General Bases Law) public Policy of Soils, Spatial Planning and Urban Planning) and adaptation strategy and the accommodation and protection measures recommended in the Report of the Coastal Working Group (2015).
