POC — Land Protection Area: CDG INSPIRE

The Land Protection Area is composed of the seawater margin, defined in accordance with the law, and a strip, measured horizontally, with a width of 500 metres, counted from the line limiting the margin of sea waters, adjusted to a maximum width of 1000 metres, where it was justified to ensure, under the regime defined by the POCs, the integration of fundamental biophysical systems in the territorial context covered by the programme.As part of the territorial model this area consists of three homogeneous units, coastal Protection Range, Complementary Protection Range and Predominantly Artificialised Areas, which reflect the existence of resources and uses with different degrees of vulnerability and pressure factors and that require different protection and safeguard regimes within the framework of the integrated coastal border management strategy advocated by the POCs
