Dataset description

Monthly evolution of the Rare Disease Person Card (CPDR). The CPDR aims to ensure that in emergency and/or emergency situations, health professionals have access to the relevant information of the person with rare disease and the specificity of the clinical situation, allowing the best care of the user. **Remarks:** Since the end of February 2017, all professionals have been qualified to issue CPDR and all CPDRs, from the moment they are requested, are issued.
