Data from the State Budget (OE) are made available once a year after the approval of the EO in the Assembly of the Republic and its promulgation by the President of the Republic.
The source of the data is the approved State Budget, as stated in the DGO systems.
The dimensions of analysis represent the various perspectives under which the data are presented, and are substantially reflected in the assessment of budgetary data.
The functional dimension uses an international classifier, the Classification of Government Functions, abbreviated as COFOG — _Classification of the Functions of Government_. This classification specifies the purposes and activities typical of the State (in a broad sense) and highlights the allocation of public resources to the various macro-functions of the State: sovereignty, social and economic.
The data are presented from a consolidated and public accounting perspective, i.e. they cover the expenses payable in the year.
The data excludes flows relating to financial transactions (financial assets and liabilities) as well as out-of-budget transactions.
The data cover all public entities integrated into the perimeter of the Central Administration each year.
