Technical manual for the elaboration of Municipal Noise Reduction Plans

This manual aims to be a working document for municipal institutions that have to deal with environmental noise management in the context of the General Noise Regulation and complementary legislation. This manual consists of a main body where the lexicon used stands out, the acoustic concepts and indicators used are introduced where, finally, the general content of a Municipal Noise Reduction Plan is described. This Handbook is complemented by a body of annexes for users who are less familiar with this topic and wish to deepen their knowledge in this field. It includes the description of various techniques for reducing ambient noise.
