In conformitate cu prevederile Ordinului nr. 788/2002, au fost achizitionate serviciile de intocmire a documentatiilor necesare inscrierii in cartile funciare ale terenurilor aferente infrastructurii feroviare. Pana in prezent din totalul de 31.397 ha terenuri aferente infrastructurii feroviare publice au fost intabulate 4.352 ha, reprezentand un procent de 13,8%.
