Protected natural areas of national/international interest

The spatial data set contains protected natural areas of national and international interest, namely scientific reserves, national parks, nature monuments, nature reserves, natural parks, biosphere reserves, Ramsar sites (wetlands of international importance), world heritage natural sites and geoparks, listed in Law 5/2000 on national spatial planning — Section III — protected areas.
