Dataset description

Directive 2010/75/EU on Industrial Emissions (IED) covers the following seven directives as a regulatory area, thus gathering into a single clear and coherent legislative instrument a set of common rules for the permitting and control of industrial installations, aiming at reducing industrial emissions from the territory of the European Union in particular through better application of best available techniques. One of the 7 Directives is Directive 2001/80/EC on the limitation of emissions of certain pollutants into the air from large combustion plants (LCPs).
