Progress report on the implementation of the 2020 national training plan

The specific objectives of the National Vocational Training Plan are: • Increase the level of preparedness of persons belonging to disadvantaged groups, focusing on the following target groups: Young people under the age of 25; Persons over 45 years of age; Long-term unemployed; Women; Persons with disabilities; Roma; People from rural areas. • Increase the participation in training of jobseekers, in particular the long-term unemployed, hard and very difficult to work; • Encouraging flexible training paths and participation in processes to assess skills acquired in informal or non-formal contexts for jobseekers; • Strengthening cooperation in the field of vocational training to facilitate the organisation of apprenticeships and work placements with a focus on vulnerable target groups in order to increase their employment opportunities.
