Dataset description
The data can be freely downloaded from the Open Data FTP server of the Procurement Monitoring Bureau — ftp://open.iub.gov.lv. The data is available without authorisation and is offered in machine-readable format (XML) using the most popular web browsers (Internet Explorer, Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera) or the open source FileZilla software (https://filezilla-project.org/). Data are archived in *.tar.gz format archives once a day. Each archive includes all the announcements published last day. Archives are grouped according to the following parameters: year → month → day. The data shall contain only the information to be published in the notices and shall be available for the period from 1 January 2013.
