Dataset description
Inspire WMS imaging service for the topic Geographic nomenclature. It contains the names taken from the ZBGIS dataset Geographical Nomenclature standardised (GNS). GNS contains only standardised names approved by the methodological process in accordance with the instruction to standardise the geographical nomenclature. The process of creating data of the GNS dataset is managed by the Office of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre of the Slovak Republic. The service meets the technical instructions for INSPIRE imaging services in version 3.11 as well as OGC WMS 1.1.1 and 1.3.0 standards.
