The statistics are presented in two tables for administrative units, and a separate table shows data for ministries dealing with denationalisation procedures at levels 1 and 2:
• Table 1 shows, for each administrative unit for the completion of the denationalisation process, the timeframe by quarter, together with all the outputs to date (68 monitoring); I also attach an abbreviated version of Table 1, which contains data per administrative unit only for the latest monitoring — the situation as at 30. 9. 2019.
• Table 4 shows the time frame for the completion of the denationalisation process and the monitoring of outputs for ministries at level 1 and 2 (MF, MK, MOP, MKGP and MGRT).
• Summary table "THE DENAC. THINGS ON THE 30TH DAY. 9. 2019" shows all statistics for administrative authorities at the first and second stages of decision-making.
According to previous reporting (situation at 30. 6. 2019) the number of cases finally closed in administrative units increased by 6, from 38,361 to 38,367. However, the total number of pending cases for administrative units increased from 75 to 77 during this three-month period.
The percentage of cases finally closed in administrative units is 99.7 %, while the total number of cases finally closed has increased by 6 in the last three months.
By the 68th monitoring of the completion of the denationalisation process, 29 administrative units (UE IZOLA, ORMOŽ, ŠENTJUR PRI CELJU, METLIKA, KRŠKO, LOGATEC, SEVNICA, SEVNICA, LEVNICA, LEVNICA, LITIA, LITIA, RAVNE NA KOROŠKO, KRŠKO, LOGATEC, SEVNICA, SEVNICA, LITIA, LITIA, RAVNE NA KOROŠKO) completed the procedures in their entirety, ČRNOMELJ, VRHNIKA, TRBOVJE, TREBNJE, SLOVENJ GRADEC, LAŠKO, POSTOJNA, DRAVOGRAD, ILIRSKA BISTRICA, LENART, SLOVENIAN COMMITTEE, LJUTOMER, MURSKA COMBOTA, BREŽICE, IDRIA, Poetry, VELENJE, SLOVENIAN BISTRIC and NEW GORICA), as the last UE NEW GORICA. At the first stage of decision-making, all cases have been closed by 4 administrative units, namely UE Ribnica, Ruše, Šmarje pri Jelšah and Tolmin, which have some cases in the appeal.
At the Ministry of Culture, the number of pending cases (19) and the number of cases finally closed (1009) remained unchanged in this quarter.
After the reorganisation of ministries in the second half of 2014, the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning is again responsible for conducting proceedings relating to the restitution of property protected under the regulations on nature conservation, in its part there are three other cases (out of 121).
The Ministry of Finance has completed all 88 cases.
A total of 39,714 denationalisation claims were submitted to all administrative bodies at the first instance of decision-making (administrative units, MK, MKGP, MOP and MF), of which 39,580 cases were finally closed, representing 99.66 % of the total number of cases submitted.
134 cases remain pending, of which there are 99 pending cases at first instance and a total of 35 pending cases in the appeal at second instance and the administrative and supreme courts.
The second-instance ministries resolved 12 denationalisation cases over a period of three months.
A total of 19 denationalisation cases are pending in the second instance.
