According to previous reporting (situation at 30. 9. 2019) the number of cases finally closed in administrative units increased by 2, from 38,367 to 38,369. However, the total number of pending cases for administrative units increased from 77 to 79 during this three-month period.
The percentage of cases finally closed in administrative units is 99.7 %, while in the last three months the total number of cases finally closed has increased by 2.
By the 69th monitoring of the completion of the denationalisation process, 29 administrative units (UE IZOLA, ORMOŽ, ŠENTJUR PRI CELJU, METLIKA, KRŠKO, LOGATEC, SEVNICA, SEVNICA, LEVNICA, LEVNICA, LITIA, LITIA, RAVNE NA KOROŠKO) completed the procedures in full, with all final closed cases, ČRNOMELJ, VRHNIKA, TRBOVJE, TREBNJE, SLOVENJ GRADEC, LAŠKO, POSTOJNA, DRAVOGRAD, ILIRSKA BISTRICA, LENART, SLOVENIAN COMMITTEE, LJUTOMER, MURSKA COMBOTA, BREŽICE, IDRIA, Poetry, VELENJE, SLOVENIAN BISTRIC and NEW GORICA), as the last UE NEW GORICA. At the first stage of decision-making, all cases have been closed by 4 administrative units, namely UE Domžale, Ruše, Šmarje pri Jelšah and Tolmin, which have some cases in the appeal.
At the Ministry of Culture, the number of pending cases increased by 1 (to 20) and the number of cases finally closed remained unchanged in this quarter (1009).
After the reorganisation of ministries in the second half of 2014, the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning is again responsible for conducting proceedings concerning the restitution of property protected under the Nature Conservation Regulations, in its part there are two other cases (out of 121).
The Ministry of Finance has completed all 88 cases.
A total of 39,714 denationalisation claims were submitted to all administrative bodies at the first instance of decision-making (administrative units, MK, MKGP, MOP and MF), of which 39,582 cases were finally closed, representing 99.67 % of the total number of cases submitted.
132 cases remain pending, of which 101 cases are pending at first instance and a total of 31 cases are pending in the appeal at second instance and the administrative and supreme courts.
The second-instance ministries resolved 24 denationalisation cases over a period of three months.
A total of 8 denationalisation cases are pending in the second instance.
