By the end of March of the current calendar year, the Inspectorate shall submit a report on its work to the ministry responsible for labour for the previous calendar year. The report shall contain in particular:
1. an indication of laws, regulations, collective agreements and general acts within the competence of the Inspectorate,
2. data on the number of civil servants employed by the Inspectorate,
3. information on the number of employers by activity inspected and the number of workers employed by these employers,
4. information on the number of inspections by activity in which the inspection was carried out,
5. information on filed reports, detected infringements and complaints filed for criminal offences, on the measures imposed and on the implementation of the measures imposed by activity,
6. data on fatal accidents at work, collective accidents, accidents at work which render the worker incapacitated for more than three working days, and occupational diseases identified by activity.
The report shall also contain proposals for measures to address the issues raised in the area of complaints, detected infringements and actions taken.
