Annual reports of organisations authorised to perform professional tasks of safety at work

SUBMISSION OF ANNUAL REPORTS Organisations that have a work permit to perform professional occupational safety tasks in accordance with Article 66 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 43/11) prepare an annual report on their work. The annual report can be submitted via an online form, accessible with a username and password, at the following address: http://isvzd.mddsz.gov.si Instructions on how to use the information system are also available. However, the forms listed below may be filled in. The annual report shall contain the following substantive parts: 1. General information about the legal or natural person (complete the general form (MS Word doc)) 2. Information on the performance of professional tasks Depending on the type of authorisation, the attached questionnaires shall be completed: — periodical Workplace Harm Investigations — VPR-1 (MS Word doc); — periodical inspection and testing of work equipment — VPR-2 (MS Word doc). 3. Suggestions and comments related to the performance of occupational safety and health (optional) tasks.
