On the basis of Article 21 of the Rules on the content and procedures for drawing up and submitting establishment plans (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 60/06 et seq.), the ministry responsible for administration shall draw up a joint report for all bodies governed by public law referred to in Article 22 of the ZJU.
