Annual reports on the work of the Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia Environment and Spatial Planning — IRSOP

The report on the work of the Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia for the Environment and Spatial Planning for each year includes data from the field of inspection and misdemeanour procedures over the enforcement of regulations and general acts in the areas of space and construction of buildings, housing, surveying, environmental and nature fields. The Inspectorate carries out the tasks of inspecting the implementation of regulations in the field of environmental protection: air quality, waste management, transboundary shipment of waste, water quality, emissions of substances into water, industrial pollution and risk, noise, electromagnetic radiation, light pollution, emission control or other irregularities in the use of chemicals; nature conservation, water management and management and control of genetically modified organisms; tasks of inspection of enforcement of regulations and general acts regarding spatial and settlement planning, construction of buildings and implementation of construction structures, fulfilment of essential requirements for buildings, housing matters and surveying activities.
