The aim of the study is to determine the position of the respondents on the current issue of the BSE phenomenon, Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy, also known as “mad cow disease”. In particular, whether they still consume beef, about the purchase of beef directly on the farm and the opinion of so-called black slaughter.
