The central record of radioactive waste and spent fuel shall keep data on the radioactive waste generated and the spent fuel generated. The content and method of reporting are determined by the Rules on the Management of Radioactive Waste and Spent Fuel (JV7) and the Reporting Instructions, where technical requirements are given. Data to be kept in the register:
— the registration number of each package,
— the holder,
location (site, location within the building),
— category and type of waste,
— date of origin and measurement,
— the waste producer,
the packaging,
the mass,
— the volume of the package,
— measurements of contamination,
— the speed of the dose on the package,
— current and planned waste treatment,
— the estimated year in which the activity falls below the limit for redundancy controls,
— data on radionuclides such as: radionuclide, activity and percentage of representation of a particular radionuclide in the package. In the case of spent fuel, data on the initial enrichment, burnout and thermal strength of the fuel element shall also be kept.
