Collection of more interesting decisions on complaints and disputes between users of the electricity system or natural gas and operators

Pursuant to Article 413 of the Energy Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos 17/14 and 81/15), the Energy Agency is competent to decide disputes arising from relations between users of the electricity system or natural gas and operators or operators of the electricity market: — on access to the system; — in respect of the amount charged for the use of the system; — in respect of breaches of the system operating instructions; — as regards the deviations established and the amounts to cover the costs of balancing, and in relation to infringements of general acts governing derogations and their compensation; — for which this law so provides. In accordance with Article 147(11) and Article 270(9) of the Energy Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos 17/14 and 81/15), the Energy Agency also decides on an appeal against a decision to issue or refuse a connection consent.
