In accordance with the provisions of ZJN-3 and ZJNPOV, contracting authorities shall publish on the public procurement portal the signed award decision for procedures in which they may refer to the published invitation to participate. In addition to the published decision, it shall publish the following information: no of publication on the procurement portal, date of publication of the contract, publication No on TED, details of the contracting authority (title, address), date of publication of the decision.
