The Ministry of Health keeps a record of beneficiaries of HIV compensation through blood transfusions or blood preparations (the record contains the following personal data: name and surname of the applicant, his legal representative or representative, birth data of the applicant, address of permanent or temporary residence, information on whether the applicant is a beneficiary, spouse, partner with whom he or she lives or has lived in a cohabitation, child or adoptee of the beneficiary, information on the number of family members, diagnosis or data from medical records (e.g. date of infection, date of illness, date of death, etc.) and the number of the savings book to which compensation or monthly annuity will be paid, if the applicant is not the beneficiary, the name and surname of the beneficiary and the birth details of the beneficiary). The purpose of the processing of these personal data is the payment of compensation.
