Compilation of annual statistical reports on contracts awarded

In accordance with the provisions of ZJN-3 and ZJNPOV, the Ministry prepares a statistical report on public contracts awarded in the previous year and submits it to the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for approval. Statistical reports are published in.pdf format on the website of the Public Procurement Directorate. The statistical report shall contain processed and disaggregated data on contracts awarded under ZJN-3 and ZJNPOV relating to the share of JN in GDP, JN procedures used, e-procurement techniques and instruments, the type of subject of the JN, any social, ethical and environmental aspects taken into account in the award of the contract, the place of publication of the JN, the place of establishment and the size of the economic operator to which the contract was awarded, the source of funding....
