Databases of the Office of the Republic of Slovenia for Intellectual Property — SIPO-DS

The server contains collections of patents, supplementary protection certificates, designs and trademarks of Slovenian and foreign applicants and holders, which are registered in the relevant registers of the Slovenian Intellectual Property Uraza. The individual collections contain published and granted patents based on national patent applications, published and granted patents on the basis of the national phase of international patent applications (PCTs, European patents whose validity has been extended to Slovenia or where Slovenia is a country designated and entered in the Register of patents granted, supplementary protection certificates granted, designs published and registered on the basis of national applications and applications, published applications and registered trade marks on the basis of national applications or on the basis of the conversion of a Community trade mark. The collections contain all information on rights, including patent files (description of the invention, claims, sketches, summary) and information on changes in the corresponding registers.
