Dataset description

The purpose of the research on differences in working conditions in science in Slovenia was to examine what is with the scientific culture in Slovenian academic environments and where they are barriers to women’s participation in scientific research. Research focuses on working conditions for scientific work, scientific career management and management; and obstacles and discriminatory mechanisms in developing careers in science. The research included Doctors and Doctors of Science in Slovenia from the Register of Researchers at the ARRS.
