Factors influencing job adjustments for people with disabilities, 2012

The survey is based on an American questionnaire. In the preliminary phase, a qualitative methodology of focus groups was also applied to in-depth use and upgrade of the pilot questionnaire. The survey was carried out on the population of professionals. who work in the field of employment and professional rehabilitation of persons with disabilities in Slovenia, rehabilitation consultants of the Employment Service of the Republic of Slovenia and professional workers within the Pension and Disability Insurance Institute of Slovenia. The results of the survey highlight the obstacles to the implementation of suitable accommodation for persons with disabilities and the possibilities that could be used in this area in the future to ensure greater social inclusion of persons with disabilities.
