The Ministry of Health receives proposals to suspend compulsory vaccinations. (If the vaccine doctor finds that there are reasons for the non-vaccination, he/she shall make a proposal to discontinue the vaccination, which must be professionally justified and reasoned. A proposal to discontinue vaccination may also be made by the parents or guardians of the child.)
