The aim of the research was to explore the impact of information and communication technologies on organisational learning and the performance of Slovenian companies, and to present and test the model of improving performance based on the impact of the culture of organisational learning (KOU). The elements of the organisational learning process that have been used are: acquisition of information, interpretation of information and perceptive and behavioural changes. Within the theoretical framework of competitive values, CMCs cover certain aspects of all types of organisational cultures: team, developmental, hierarchical and rational. The collected data is obtained from 187 Slovenian companies employing more than 50 people.
