Dataset description

The aim of this research was to present and test a business performance improvement model based on the impact of an organizational culture of learning. Data from 202 Macedonian companies with more than 50 employees were used. This study contributes to the generalisation of the research model that has already been tested in more developed countries, based on data collected in Macedonia, a developing country in transition.
