Inventory of assets from the inventory

Records of the data of assets from the census shall ensure the completion of the military and other defence needs and shall contain information on the type, capacity, condition of transport and other means and on the unique registration number of the name and surname of the owners and users of these assets or of land and buildings (point 6 of the first paragraph of Article 20 of the Defence Act). In order to complete the headquarters, units and services of Civil Protection, the collection also contains information on the type, capacity, condition of transport and other means subject to material duty and on the name, surname, residence or employment of the owners and users of such assets (second indent of the first paragraph of Article 32 of the Protection against Natural and Other Disasters Act).
