The collection of documents shall be kept in physical or electronic form. The collection of documents and data shall be kept on a permanent basis.
The basic unit of the land cadastre is a plot of land (hereinafter: plot), i.e. a compact land situated within one cadastral municipality, which is recorded in the land cadastre with a border and marked with an identification mark.
The following data shall be kept in the land cadastre: the identification code of the parcel; the border; the surface; the owner; the operator; the actual use; land under the building; the land’s credit rating.
The land cadastre also keeps the data necessary for the connection to the register of spatial units, the cadastre of buildings and the land register.
Geodetic operations serve data in geodetic procedures, while individual departments of municipal and state administration serve as a basis for managing spatial management policy, environmental protection, real estate valuation and taxation, management of transport and municipal infrastructure facilities, etc.
The national coordinate system is D96, the transverse Mercator projection.
