List of administrators (at AJPES)

The record is devoted to the exercise of the powers of the Ministry of Justice under the Financial Operations, Insolvency Proceedings and Compulsory Dissolution Act. The records shall contain information on managers: personal name, date of birth, EMŠO, tax number, address of permanent residence. Information on insolvency and compulsory liquidation proceedings (the courts are responsible for this information): the name of the judge, the name of the debtor. The register is a closed electronic database, accessible only to certain civil servants under a password (ensuring traceability of the modification and entry of data and access to data), part of the record is published online on the MP website.
