Legal aid under the Free Legal Aid Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 96/04 — official consolidated text, 23/08, 15/14 — Constitutional Court Decision). Us and 19/15) are carried out by lawyers who are registered in the register of lawyers under the law governing the lawyer’s profession, and law firms established under the law governing the attorney’s office, and notaries in matters they perform under the law governing the notary (hereinafter: the lawyers).
Free legal advice referred to in the first indent of the first paragraph of Article 26 of this Act may also be provided by persons who, without the intention of profiting, perform the activity of free legal aid with the consent of the minister responsible for justice
