Dataset description

Real Estate Market Records (ETN) is a multi-purpose, public database of concluded purchase and rental transactions with real estate. The records are kept and maintained by the Office for Mass Valuation of Real Estate at the Geodetic Administration of the Republic of Slovenia. It was launched in early 2007. In the same year, public access to recorded data was also provided, and the Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia began publishing reports on the Slovenian real estate market.
