Dataset description

Record contracts are those public contracts whose value does not exceed the threshold for the application of the law referred to in the first paragraph of Article 21 of the Public Procurement Act. In these contracts, the contracting authority is not required to comply with the provisions of the Act other than those referred to in the second paragraph of Article 21 ZJN-3. The records shall cover the type of object (goods/services/construction), an indication or description of the object and the value in euro, exclusive of VAT. Public procurement by the Municipality of Sevnica is also available in the PJN application.
