Record of overdue, unpaid fines, court fees, costs of proceedings, confiscation of proceeds and penalties for procedural misconduct and substitute prisons — IRSD

Due to the records of cases dealt with by the Labour Inspectorate as a minor offence body, the Inspectorate keeps certain registers and auxiliary books for the effective management and transparency of procedures and for statistical reporting. Cases relating to the enforcement of overdue, unpaid fines, court fees, procedural costs, confiscation of proceeds and penalties for procedural misconduct and imprisonment shall be recorded in the register. The records shall include, inter alia, information on the offender (personal name) and the amount of the fine, court fees, procedural costs confiscated.
