In accordance with point 5 of the first paragraph and the second and fourth paragraphs of Article 20 of the Defence Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos 103/04 — official consolidated text and 95/15), the collection of personal data shall be kept in order to ensure that preparations for the performance of work duties are kept up to date and shall contain the following information: THE HUMAN, — First name and surname, — Birth data, The Residency, — Employment and workplace, The duty to which it is assigned.
