Dataset description

Pursuant to Article 6 of the Memorial and Cemetery Activities Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No 62/16), a funeral operator may be a legal or natural person who fulfils the conditions laid down by this Act and has obtained authorisation to perform funeral activities in accordance with the Act governing the administrative procedure. A funeral licence shall be issued by the ministry responsible for the economy at the request of the applicant. The record of authorisations to perform funeral activities in the Republic of Slovenia contains a list of legal or natural persons who have obtained an authorisation.
