Records of holders of business cards

The Ministry of the Interior is responsible for granting and withdrawing service cards. The records shall include personal name, birth data (day, month, year, place of birth) and EMŠO, permanent and temporary residence, nationality, number and type of service card, photograph of the person, violations of this Act, date of granting, withdrawal and status of the service card, date and type of professional competence (education, professional training and training, periodic training, training in arms, use of service dogs, gas dispenser and other forms of training), the date of conclusion and termination of the employment relationship.
