Records of overdue, unpaid fines, court fees, costs of proceedings, confiscation of proceeds and penalties for procedural misconduct and prison sentences per year

‘Databases may contain the following personal data: — the accused or the perpetrator: personal name, also for married surname, if changed, date, place and municipality of birth, EMŠO, address of permanent residence (permanent, temporary), nationality, profession, employment, name and seat of a legal person or sole trader, details of the driving licence (driving licence number, administrative unit which issued it, date of issue of the driving licence after passing the driving test, category of motor vehicles for which the driving licence was issued), — the applicant, the other participants in the proceedings, the senders of the applications or the assignees: personal name, address of residence (permanent, temporary), name and registered office of the legal person or sole trader. The database may also contain other non-personal information which is necessary for the record of the matters being handled, for the efficient management and transparency of procedures and for statistical reporting.’ (Article 206 of the Minor Offences Act)
