The record shall indicate persons who may carry out reconstruction (if it relates to the removal of asbestos-containing materials or coating or other means of separating weakly bonded asbestos materials from residential or other places in a human-occupied facility in order to prevent the automatic release of asbestos fibres) or removal (in the case of a facility containing asbestos-containing materials) and maintenance work (if these parts of the buildings, installations or devices in which asbestos is incorporated or materials containing asbestos are refurbished or modernised, without the reconstruction or removal of the building).
