Dataset description

The database of personal data or register contains data on offenders, against whom the budget inspectorate conducts misdemeanour proceedings in relation to violations of the Financial Relations Transparency Act and separate recording of different activities (ZPFOLERD-1). As a minor offence body, the Budget Supervision Office of the Republic of Slovenia manages this register as a mandatory database pursuant to Article 206 of the ZP-1.
