Real estate registers that make up public cultural infrastructure on the basis of the decisions referred to in Article 70 of the Act on the Exercise of Public Interest in Culture (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos 77/07 — official consolidated text, 56/08, 4/10, 20/11, 111/13 and 68/16). The decision on which real estate and equipment are intended for culture is taken by the municipal council of the municipality of Rogatec.
