Article 9 of Council Directive 2009/71/EURATOM of 25 June 2009 establishing a Community framework for the nuclear safety of nuclear installations requires Member States to submit to the Commission a report on the implementation of this Directive by 22 July 2014 and every three years thereafter, in order to benefit from the review and reporting cycles of the Convention on Nuclear Safety.
