Resolution of denationalisation cases at local courts — situation as at 30.6.2020

It is apparent from the submitted tables that 40 district courts have already finally concluded their claims under Article 5 of the ZDen, and only the county courts in Kranj, Ljubljana, Maribor and Radovljica have unfinally completed proceedings. The proportion of cases finally closed in courts is 99.6 % in relation to all denationalisation cases filed (minus the assigned application). According to the information provided by the courts, they had the status of 31. 12. In 2019, there are 7 outstanding cases. The number of pending cases has decreased by 1 (from 8 to 7) since the previous follow-up. Only at the District Court in Maribor, the percentage of cases finally closed is less than 90 % (i.e. 87 %), the other courts finally closed with 96 % or more of the proceedings. Of the 44 county courts, three more courts (Ljubljana — 5 cases; Maribor and Radovljica each one of them).
