Dataset description

The Human Resources Potential Survey (ACP) was launched as a development and research project in 1989 by the Institute of Sociology. The task of the research team was to develop instruments and methods for regular monitoring of labour market and employment developments, which should be adapted to the standards of the European Union. Since 1995, the survey has been called the Labour Force Survey (ADS). The survey provides internationally comparable indicators of the situation and changes in the Slovenian labour market and is also a rich source of data on the position of the individual in this market. It provides the data necessary for decision-making on economic and social issues in Slovenia.
