The Pay Portal

The Public Sector Salary Portal is a web application that provides an overview and analysis of data on the types of payments, types of payments and sources of funds charged by budget users on the salaries of employees in the public sector in accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 and 39 of the Public Sector Salary System Act or in accordance with the provisions of the Decree on uniform methodology and forms for the calculation and payment of wages in the public sector. Monthly data on salaries are transmitted by budget users to the information system for the transmission and analysis of data on salaries, other payments and the number of employees in the public sector (ISPAP), which is established at the Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Public Legal Records and Services — AJPES, in accordance with the provisions of the Rules on the methodology for transmission and analysis of data on salaries, other payments and the number of employees in the public sector. Data sets: — An overview of the types and types of payments at the level of the PUBLIC SECTOR — SUPPORT OF RPU — BUDGET USER. — Review the types of payouts at the level of the WORK SITE. — Overview of resources at the level of the PUBLIC SECTOR — SUPPORT OF RPU — BUDGET USER. — Overview of monthly data on salaries of public sector employees (data on average gross wages, data by number of recipients and weight of allowances, etc.) — Review of the annual data on the salaries of public sector employees. — Review of data on COVID-19 allowances payments.
